Service Technician for Medical Equipment

This is a technical role that involves working as a Field Service Engineer for medical, scientific, and laboratory equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, training, and upkeep of a range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain medical, lab, and life science equipment
  • Organize and schedule service calls
  • Update IT systems with repair information
  • Source spare parts from procurement teams
  • Attend training sessions and refresher courses as required
  • Review process and equipment documentation and SOPs regularly

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining medical equipment, a degree in a relevant field (desirable), and equivalent hands-on experience installing, repairing, and calibrating complex equipment.

This full-time, permanent role requires overnight customer visits, on-call cover, and occasional extended working hours and travel to other sites.
