About the Role:

  • To provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable stay experience.
  • To manage guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • To process payments, handle room allocations, and maintain the integrity of our room inventory system.
  • To respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • To maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel's facilities, services, and local area attractions.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous hotel front office experience, preferably in a 4*/5* environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath is an advantage but not essential.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
