Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Multicultural Community Manager team in Dublin 18. As a Multicultural Community Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues, enforcing client terms, and utilizing market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigating and Resolving Issues: Utilize your problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
  • Enforcing Client Terms: Monitor reports of abuse on the site and enforce clients' terms of use.
  • Knowledge and Insights: Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards, using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve support.
Requirements
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluently speak Spanish and have an advanced level of English (C1).
