About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position of Social Care Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people in our residential service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care services that promote independence and person-centred planning for young people.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care services.
  • At least two years' experience working at a social care grade with children, preferably in a residential setting.
  • A full driver's license (automatic and manual licenses considered) to facilitate transportation and logistics.
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
