Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
The Quality Assurance professional is responsible for inspecting products, documenting results, and releasing products for customer shipments.
You will work closely with our Production Team Leaders to ensure priorities are completed, participate in improvement activities, and assist other Quality Assurance professionals as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect products and associated documentation to applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Document inspection results, including communication of nonconformances.
- Release products for customer shipments, including creating certificates of conformance and compiling required documentation.
- File and archive records as defined by operating procedures.
- Support Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed.
- Participate in Improvement Team activities such as LEAN and 5S.
- Assist other Quality Assurance professionals and Operators as needed.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industries and familiarity with inspection standards like IPC-A-610.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with effective time management.
