Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist


This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across all production processes.


The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent results and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will have a strong understanding of food safety principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining documentation and records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to food safety and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and ensure that these are incorporated into our quality management systems
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:


  • Degree in Food Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
