Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our software development quality assurance process. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for analyzing product specifications and defining test cases to verify compliance with those specifications.

You will lead the test efforts of other manual and automated testers, identify, verify and ensure that defects are resolved, preventing them from reaching our end-users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with multiple programming languages and a keen eye for detail. Leadership and commitment to excellence in software quality are essential.

  • Understand product requirements and match test cases
  • Define Test Environment setup and procedures
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and report all detected issues/defects
  • Mentor junior manual and automated testers
  • Lead the effort to define and implement automation testing processes to aid in future testing
  • Track reported issues/defects
  • Collaborate with other test leads, team members, and test managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and newest testing methodologies and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Significant experience in Quality Assurance testing or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of test management software
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with various coding languages
