Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software solutions.

The TETRA Devices Software Team follows modern software development practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment, DevOps, component-level and system-level automated testing.

  • Our team is organized using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient work processes and collaboration with other teams.

As a Quality Assurance expert, you will be responsible for delivering uncompromising quality solutions for a customer base that demands the highest level of assurance that their needs will be served with the products and solutions you develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand product requirements and match test cases.
  • Define Test Environment setup and procedures.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and report all detected issues/defects.
  • Mentor junior manual and automated testers.
  • Lead the effort to define and implement automation testing processes to aid in future testing.
  • Track reported issues/defects.
  • Collaborate with other test leads, team members, and test managers.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and newest testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Significant experience in Quality Assurance testing or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., ALM).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various coding languages.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
  • Experience in triage of issues.
