Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our software development quality assurance process.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members ensuring seamless collaboration and growth.
  • Manage daily activities of the QA team to guarantee alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for new team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a liaison between the QA team and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and representation.
  • Ensure timely completion of QA tasks by prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring progress within sprint timelines.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies to represent QA activities and foster collaboration.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to guarantee thorough testing.
  • Perform manual or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT) to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage defect lifecycles to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Generate and share testing progress reports, quality metrics, and defect reports with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure high product quality.
