Vehicle Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in a busy minibus and coach dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic environment with ongoing technical development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults across a range of commercial and passenger vehicles. This includes conducting axle, driveline, and suspension system repairs, as well as carrying out routine maintenance and preventative servicing.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle or Bus & Coach Technician, with solid diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems. They will also be familiar with HGV/PSV air braking systems and fault tracing, and have experience working with modern diagnostic equipment and tools.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, as well as a high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle or Bus & Coach Technician
  • Solid diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with HGV/PSV air braking systems and fault tracing
  • Experience working with modern diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Relevant motor vehicle qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Full clean driving licence
