**Director of Nursing Role in North Dublin**

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to join our team as a Director of Nursing at a well-established nursing home group in Portmarnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is naturally empathetic, kind, and truly passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a senior nursing role, with a warm, approachable leadership style and a genuine focus on people. They will also possess strong clinical governance and management skills, as well as a passion for creating a supportive and positive work environment for staff and residents alike.

  • NMBI Registration: Current registration with the NMBI is essential for this role.
  • Senior Nursing Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior nursing role, such as ADON or DON level, is required.
  • Leadership Style: The ideal candidate will have a warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people.
  • Clinical Governance and Management Skills: Strong clinical governance and management skills are essential for this role.
