Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Hearing Wellness Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting customers, acquiring knowledge of hearing healthcare, and developing specialist skills that can set you on the path to becoming a qualified Audiologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge hearing technology
  • Perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive training
  • Support customers, learn about hearing healthcare, and develop specialist skills
  • Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be compassionate and empathetic, and have a genuine passion for helping people hear better. A background in audiology or a related field is beneficial but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy.
