Electrical Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to drive our organization's energy management initiatives. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of electrical projects, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and reliability.

This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenance builds. The successful candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively across teams to embed energy and sustainability practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead and continuously improve the GENIUS energy management program.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for energy savings.
  • Provide expert advice on electrical design, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations.
