Senior Mep Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale project.

  • Attend project start-up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical project requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Review and understand all project specifications and details, including construction and commissioning programmes.
  • Collate and track technical submittals through to approval, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Manage the labour tracker and maintain weekly progress reports, highlighting changes and variations to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Liaise with main contractors and the client's site team to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant, equipment, and materials, adhering to quality standards.
  • Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented and adhered to, resulting in successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project handover processes and maintain document management systems, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency.
  • Schedule project-specific activities and ensure subcontractor performance meets timelines, minimizing delays and setbacks.
  • Attend regular site and subcontractor meetings, actioning any key points raised to resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to senior management, driving growth and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive project management experience within the M&E industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • A qualification in Construction or Project Management is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
