- Admission and enrollment as a Solicitor or Barrister in the State or anticipated entitlement to be enrolled by 2 April 2025;
- Demonstrable sophisticated legal analytical and drafting skills with experience of report writing;
- A track record in conducting expert legal analysis and developing practical strategies and solutions in a fast-paced environment;
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory/administrative law and ability to quickly identify key legal or strategic risk issues;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, and high level of discretion and integrity;
