Job Title: Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including food preparation areas, equipment, and storerooms. They will also assist with food deliveries, unload stock, and ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Assist with food deliveries and stock management
  • Dispose of waste correctly
  • Perform other duties as required by the Food & Beverage Management team
