About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & L&D Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and driving employee engagement across our European and US offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts in Europe and the US.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and global HR best practices.
  • Partner with the HR team to administer Compensation and Benefits programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and support culture initiatives across global offices.
Learning & Development
  • Develop and implement global L&D strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development, technical upskilling, and soft skills programs.
  • Manage learning platforms and collaborate with external providers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and career development.
