Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Conducting holistic health assessments to determine diagnoses and inform autonomous advanced nursing care.
  • Synthesising and interpreting assessment information to identify health states.
  • Demonstrating timely use of diagnostic investigations to inform clinical decision making.
  • Initiating and implementing health promotion activities and self-management plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional/clinical knowledge in haematology and oncology nursing.
  • Planning and organising resources to ensure efficient delivery of care.
