The post holder will be responsible for:
- Conducting holistic health assessments to determine diagnoses and inform autonomous advanced nursing care.
- Synthesising and interpreting assessment information to identify health states.
- Demonstrating timely use of diagnostic investigations to inform clinical decision making.
- Initiating and implementing health promotion activities and self-management plans.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Professional/clinical knowledge in haematology and oncology nursing.
- Planning and organising resources to ensure efficient delivery of care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
