We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Lead to join our team in the life science sector. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for providing timely and robust data related to cost to ensure informed decisions can be made by project leadership.
The primary responsibility of this role is to interface with engineers and management as necessary for cost control monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the Project Cost Lead to provide full assistance in all aspects of Cost Control Management and its applications with regards to commercial, technical, and services of the project.
Your duties will include preparing weekly and monthly inputs to Project Cost Reports, assisting with converting the Project estimate into the Control Budget, maintaining integrity of the Cost Management database, managing and maintaining resource schedules and cost estimates, ensuring the Budget basis is understood by the project team, facilitating the Change Management program, and providing accurate Cost Coding for Purchase Orders and vendor invoices.
