Senior Hardware Test & Validation Specialist

Key Highlights:\\- 5+ years of experience in hardware test/validation or electronics development \\- Strong understanding of analogue/digital circuit design and debugging\\- Experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power supplies etc.)\\Support us in delivering safety-critical electronics products globally. As a Senior Hardware Test & Validation Engineer you will be responsible for testing and qualification of complex electronic systems.\

This role is ideal for someone coming from an electronics engineering background with strong experience in hardware testing, validation planning, and debugging in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for hardware validation across various product lines

  • Perform hands-on testing, fault-finding, and root cause analysis on electronic assemblies

  • Define test methodologies, fixtures, and custom test setups for prototype and pre-production units

  • Work closely with design and embedded teams to influence hardware testability and improve product robustness

  • Support regulatory compliance testing (EMC, environmental, functional safety)

  • Drive continuous improvement in validation processes and documentation standards

  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians in the test team

Required Qualifications include degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline and strong understanding of PCB layout best practices and DFT/DFM principles.
