Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership role that requires a calm demeanor, emotional intelligence, and a well-developed skill set for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

As a senior manager in operations, you will lead multiple production areas, drive continuous improvement projects, manage interfaces with support teams, and ensure built-in product quality.

Key qualifications for this position include at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in production environments, particularly with KPIs such as Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, Cost Improvement, and Cost Controls.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experiences with Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices, strategic and direct management of people, problem-solving skills, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple production areas to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage interfaces with support teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure built-in product quality by managing quality control processes

Requirements:
