This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care and services in a well-established nursing home in Dublin North.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide strategic direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services delivered to residents, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislative requirements.
- Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice policies, programs, and procedures consistent with HIQA standards and best practices within the nursing home.
- At least 5 years post-registration experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing in a nursing home setting.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional nursing care and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of HIQA standards and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications relevant to the role.
