Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to lead challenging Civils / MIECA projects in the water sector. The ideal candidate will oversee contracts from commencement through to operational handover, ensuring that work is completed to project requirements on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of a project team including design staff, project staff, sub-contractors and support staff
  • Responsibility for project management, project control, engineering management, and construction
  • Leadership and liaison with internal and external design teams in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Proactive resolution of performance, scope, cost and schedule issues
  • In-depth programme planning and scheduling of project deliverables
  • Development of resource-loaded schedules for design and contract administration services
  • Consistent delivery of each project to achieve objectives for project financial performance and overall project success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater industry contracting, including site supervision and design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of water and wastewater design and operational processes

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve project goals.
