Responsibilities:
  1. Inbound Product Handling: Assist in receiving inspecting handling and stocking inbound products.
  2. Returns Processing: Receives returns counts and confirms quantities determines condition and completes paperwork.
  3. Shipping Coordination: Arranges for pick-up of shipments contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules.
  4. Interdepartmental Communication: Communicates effectively with other departments in the company.
  5. Customer Service: Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries resolves problems and communicates service issues to supervisor.
