Engineering Leadership Opportunity
\This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Engineering Manager to take on a leadership role and drive the success of an engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the team from a day-to-day perspective, while providing strategic input to the overall engineering site functionality.
\The ideal candidate will have people management skills within the parameters of engineering day-to-day operations, together with a strong engineering background in a global multinational. Previous experience with a multinational start-up would be advantageous, as would NPI and Tech Transfer experience.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead an engineering team to achieve business objectives\
- Provide strategic input to the overall engineering site functionality\
- Ensure the smooth running of the team from a day-to-day perspective\
- Maintain and improve engineering processes and procedures\
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and growth\
- Develop and implement training programs for engineers\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\
- Coach and mentor engineers to achieve their full potential\
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to engineers\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies\
- Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns that arise\
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors\
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders\
- Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments\
- Support and contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan\
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives\
- Make decisions that support the company's mission and vision\
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities\
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals\
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment\
- Embody the company's values and principles\
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively\
