Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Engineering Manager to take on a leadership role and drive the success of an engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the team from a day-to-day perspective, while providing strategic input to the overall engineering site functionality.

The ideal candidate will have people management skills within the parameters of engineering day-to-day operations, together with a strong engineering background in a global multinational. Previous experience with a multinational start-up would be advantageous, as would NPI and Tech Transfer experience.

• Coach and mentor engineers to achieve their full potential\
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to engineers\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies\
• Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns that arise\
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors\
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders\
• Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments\
• Support and contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan\
• Lead and participate in projects and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives\
• Make decisions that support the company's mission and vision\
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities\
