Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Swim Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various swim programs, ensuring their highest standards are maintained.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Displaying a commitment to our vision, purpose, and values
  • Undertaking and coordinating local and centralized marketing activities to ensure maximum potential capacity of our various swim programs is achieved
  • Coordinate all swim programs to maintain its highest standards
  • Drive service excellence by building and developing strong communications and customer relationships
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools participating in the Schools Swimming Programme and other local groups and clubs
  • Administration of all bookings relating to the various swim programs, including credit control
  • Work with the Operations Manager to recruit, manage, train, and develop swim teachers
  • Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators within the group to maintain effective delivery of all of our swim programs
  • Contribute to a strong working team and build team morale
  • Compile reports and paperwork relating to the swim academy are completed within the necessary timeframe
  • Be an ambassador for our organization and represent us with a professional approach and attitude
  • Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment for people where they can gain a life-saving skill

Requirements for the role include:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in successfully developing similar programs is an advantage
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial understanding and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, time management, planning, and administration skills
  • Level II Swim Teacher Qualification is required
  • Excellent PC skills and experience of working with Microsoft Packages
  • A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
  • A shared sense of our philosophy - helping people to feel better about themselves
  • RLSS Lifeguard Qualification is an advantage
  • Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work
  • Due to the nature of this role, fluent English is required
