Job Title: Project Manager - Site Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our site development project in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute the site development process ensuring accurate surveying and compliance with project design documents.
  • Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Manage the technical and engineering aspects of the project including health and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of the project by effectively managing resources and workflows.

Requirements include a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline, 2+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor, strong knowledge of setting out and site surveying, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Irish construction regulations and practices.
