We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through a helpful and knowledgeable approach. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day. You will also be involved in accepting and paying out bets, as well as managing shop operations when required.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Shop Manager and team in maintaining a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Take ownership of opening and closing the business, including managing cash handling procedures.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through training and on-the-job supports.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process customer bets accurately and efficiently, using multiple channels such as betting terminals and EPOS System.
- Represent the company brand, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer service focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
