Job Description

Aircraft transitions are a crucial aspect of air transport operations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless aircraft handovers, deliveries, and re-deliveries to clients.

The position involves providing technical support throughout the aircraft transition process, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and lease contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, focusing on maintenance event planning and timely transfer of title.
  • Maintain meticulous records management, validating maintenance history and compliance records accuracy.
  • Coordinate pre-transition actions with stakeholders, including airlines, lessors, maintenance organizations, and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as the central point of contact between airlines, lessors, and service providers, facilitating transparent communication.
  • Participate in Aircraft data import projects within associated Maintenance Information Systems.
Requirements

Strong technical aviation background acquired through hands-on roles in airlines, aircraft lessors, manufacturers, or maintenance organizations.

Proficient knowledge of Airbus and Boeing fleets, with familiarity with applicable EASA/FAA Regulatory Requirements.

Comprehensive understanding of Aircraft Records, maintenance documentation, and aircraft maintenance philosophies.

Ability to simplify complex processes, draft procedures, and perform effectively under pressure.

Practical experience with Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as AMOS or Trax, with hands-on experience with Airbus Aircraft Transitions.
