We are seeking a professional to lead the operations of our charity shops within a specific region. This role will oversee the strategic alignment, operational excellence, and adherence to our mission, values, and governance.

  • Directly manage shop managers and other key personnel
  • Foster a culture of high performance, service quality, and strong team collaboration
  • Deliver on key results and outcomes (KROs) including sustainability, income generation, people development, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with our rule, policies, and legislative frameworks

The post holder will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the ongoing success, growth, and strategic direction of our retail operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level education in a business-related field
  • A professional management qualification
  • Five years' experience in retail management
  • Relevant commercial retail experience and continuing personal and professional development
  • Substantial retail management experience in operating multiple outlets
