Job Description

We are seeking an experienced development manager to oversee the construction of a new apartment project in Limerick.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale residential developments and will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale residential projects
  • Proven experience managing new build apartment developments
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
