Opportunity to excel in a leading property developer's senior management team.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build apartment development in Limerick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from groundworks through to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager position, preferably on large-scale residential projects
  • Proven track record of managing new build apartment developments
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (desired)
