Job Description
This role is critical to the success of our client's Learning and Development function, requiring a highly organised and detail-focused individual with excellent technical skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing user access and learner enrolments
- Creating and editing video content for the LMS
- Enhancing learning curriculum and plans to support business objectives
- Developing and maintaining training materials, including user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
- Providing coaching and mentoring to support learning initiatives
- Collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure system uptime
- Maintaining accurate records and reports from the LMS
- Identifying opportunities to improve LMS functionality and making recommendations for enhancements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we require:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Relevant degree in a field such as education, instructional design, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
