Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Health Club Attendant / Personal Trainer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in exercise and a recognized personal training certification to conduct fitness classes, assessments, and one-on-one training for members and guests.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with customers delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and members into the Health Club, providing exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the operation of the Health Club, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard
  • Conduct fitness classes, assessments, and one-on-one training sessions for members and guests
  • Work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in personal training and/or group instruction
  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Experience working with customers delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
