Role Overview: We are seeking certified Fitness Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate group fitness classes, including HIIT, yoga, Zumba, and strength training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and certifications.
Requirements: Relevant fitness certification (e.g., REPs Ireland, EQF Level 2 or higher). Proven experience in personal training and group instruction. Strong communication and motivational skills. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
