Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and other duties.

This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of organization in their work methods.

Key responsibilities include carrying out preventative maintenance tasks, responding to alerts and operation messages, and liaising with other departments to ensure guest requests are met.

  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and other duties.
  • Work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimize unexpected issues with equipment.
  • Respond to alerts and operation messages, carrying out corrective procedures and repairs.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are met.
