About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain our residential facilities in a safe and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the community is well-maintained, clean, and secure at all times.

Key responsibilities include performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, completing first line maintenance, and assisting specialist contractors when required.

Ongoing health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments, will also be a key part of this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and has experience in maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the community is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and secure at all times.
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required.
  • Complete first line maintenance and assist specialist contractors when needed.
  • Conduct ongoing health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments.
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in relevant legislation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Experience in maintenance or a related field (a relevant trade would be beneficial but is not essential).
  • A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
