Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned maintenance professional to lead our Maintenance team and drive excellence in our Co. Clare operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules, aligning with priority, cost, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead daily team meetings to assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of the maintenance plan.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team, guaranteeing timely completion of repairs, upgrades, and project work.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of maintenance progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sustainability Team to enhance energy efficiency and reduce energy-related costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role, with a strong electrical background.
  • Exceptional working knowledge and understanding of maintenance systems, including BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, Emergency Systems.
  • Expertise in PV and renewable energy systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project and people management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, making decisions and giving direction as needed.
