Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to teach and explain fitness concepts clearly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering results-driven fitness programs, coaching and inspiring members to achieve great results, and ensuring the effective delivery of our various fitness programs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality fitness classes that motivate and inspire members to achieve great results
  • Coach and teach members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Engage with members to ensure retention targets are met
  • Drive the effective delivery of our fitness programs
  • Deliver Group Fitness Branded Classes to the highest standards
  • Clean and maintain gym and fitness areas
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions to develop your skills
  • Ensure policies, procedures and gym etiquette are adhered to
Qualifications
  • An EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate, or equivalent
  • A Group Fitness or Exercise to Music certificate
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people become fitter and healthier
  • Ability to teach and explain fitness concepts clearly
  • Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Flexible regarding hours/days of work
  • Fluent English required
