Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to lead our team and drive growth in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in providing practical and innovative tax-based business solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely payment and return filing deadlines, and working closely with partners to advise clients on potential structures and opportunities.

This role requires a deep understanding of Irish Tax legislation, excellent organisational and planning capabilities, and fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate service offerings from other departments and ensure timely delivery
  • Advise clients on potential structures and opportunities
  • Work closely with partners to drive growth and expansion
  • Contribute towards collective targets for billing, net fee income and cash collection
Ideal Candidate
  • CTA qualified and a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish Tax legislation and case law
  • Experience of managing projects to completion and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
