Financial Operations Manager

The Office Bookkeeper will oversee the day-to-day financial management of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate payroll, invoicing, and payments
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Accounts Technician or Accountant with 3+ years PQE in a management role
- Results-driven and commercially astute, with experience in managing multi-site operations
- Excellent IT skills and experience with financial software
- Familiarity with Retail Industry standards and practices
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and resilient individual with a strong track record of achievement
