We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of House Coordinator in our Camphill Community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the residential support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centered services.
  2. Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  3. Foster a culture of open communication, learning, and feedback within the team.
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  5. Manage and administer the service, including staff supervision, performance management, and recruitment.
Person Specification
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar social care setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the disability sector/vulnerable adults.
