We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Cloud Solution Architect to join our global sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive growth for industry-leading products and services.

About the Role

As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets. You will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, expanding the use of Azure by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs/solutions that drive impact for the customer.

You will conduct analyses into what customers are using versus their needs, driving greater consumption with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Your technical knowledge and customer insights will enable you to create a modernized roadmap, architecting solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments.

This role requires close engagement with customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets, accurately managing customer progress in CRM to forecast, assess risk, and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with your manager.
