Lead Food and Beverage Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:- Assist the hotel management team in the day-to-day running of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they maintain high service standards and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support in scheduling, rostering, and managing team performance to drive sales and achieve departmental targets.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as required to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain strong communication between departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements include previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel or hospitality environment, strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example, knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, and banqueting services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is also required. Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
