Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager

The hospitality industry is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to take on the role of Assistant Bar Manager. This position involves working closely with the Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets within a reputable hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and train bar staff to maintain high standards of service and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Schedule and roster team members effectively, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, handling guest queries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently.
  • Drive sales and achieve departmental targets by promoting cross-selling opportunities and fostering strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain open communication between kitchen and service teams to guarantee smooth hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or upscale establishments.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate teams.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering memorable experiences for guests.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar services, restaurant management, and banqueting expertise.
