Lead Bar Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bar Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

  • As the Lead Bar Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service in a fast-paced bar environment.
  • You will lead by example, training and developing your team members to provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
  • Manage stock control, ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4/5-star hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience in training and development is highly desirable.
