Hospital Account Manager Position

Key Responsibilities Overview:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hospital stakeholders, cardiovascular consultants, and clinical teams to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver against national sales targets and performance metrics by analysing sales data and creating actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prioritising key opportunities and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract agreements, while providing market insights to support strategic planning and national tender submissions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and educational initiatives tailored to the Irish market.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A degree in Life Sciences or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in cardiology is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a strong track record of business development and commercial success.
  • Knowledge or experience in genomics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams, ensuring seamless customer delivery and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
