Job Title: Stock Management Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Stock Room Assistant. This role involves managing the stockroom, ensuring efficient systems are in place, and providing excellent support to the Retail Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and checking deliveries, including unloading and stocking shelves
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records by entering stock on our EPOS system
  • Bringing stock from storage to the Gift Shop for display and sale
  • Ensuring the shop store is well-organized, clean, and tidy at all times
  • Baling cardboard and maintaining a clutter-free environment
  • Participating in regular stock takes to maintain an up-to-date record of stock levels
Key Requirements:
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities
  • Reliable and flexible, willing to contribute to the smooth operation of the shop

This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week, paid at €13.97 per hour. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
