We are seeking an Engineering/Client Management Support Professional to manage the entire client enquiry process, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the technical and commercial bridge between clients and our specialised products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound technical queries from major pharmaceutical clients
  • Assist clients in selecting equipment such as pumps, valves, and stainless steel pipework by leveraging technical knowledge
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including costing, scheduling, pricing, and RFQ handling
Requirements:
  • Desirable engineering qualification: Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
  • Solid understanding of the mechanics of equipment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and provide clear, effective support
  • Self-starter, proactive, and organised

This is a permanent, office-based role where you will be an essential part of a collaborative team.
