Senior Technical Specialist

The Building Control Authority is responsible for administering and enforcing the requirements of the Building Control system in Cork City.
This technical specialist role works as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Building Control Section and reports to the Senior Executive Building Surveyor.
Responsibilities- Administer and enforce building control regulations in Cork City.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive and effective building control service.
Based at Cork City Fire Station, this position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and contribute to the delivery of high-quality building control services.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of building control regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
